An Angel with an uncanny resemblance to God, and an Angel more of the chaotic persuasian than that of the law abidingly peaceful mundane- Malik Ishtar had never really fit in with Heaven; His innocence had long since been sheared away as he grew up, his gift of Empathy forcing to feel everything that others felt.
As the years went on, Malik grew bitter towards the Angels, and especially God. He had no memory of ever having met or seen the deity- he just knew that he hated him. As his wings grew darker, he was unconciously shunned from heaven by his fellow Angels.
Just before the famed Barrier broke, Malik met Bakura, a cocky white haired Demon with the power of Possession. Soon after, after mentioned cock broke down the barrier, and before he knew it, he had accepted Bakura's proposal of revenge against Heaven.
The price? Lose his wings, and fall unto Hell.

Appearance:: Flaxen blond hair that falls just beyond his shoulders, complete with fluffy bangs and a mind of its own. A sandy tan, eyes an almost electric shade of lavander. His wings- once dark purple and feathery, are now leather and ebony, tinged with hints of purple and lavander.
He actually believes himself to be one Hell of a sexy bastard.

Malik was 'gifted' with the power of Empathy- the ability to feel and channel the emotions that others felt. Sometimes the stronger emotions overtake him, especially at close proximitey, and he reacts to them and feels them as though they were his own. He believes that this may be a particular problem in Hell Because if Bakura gets horny and goes near him, he has no idea what'll happen.
This ability to channel emotions- indeed, in a way he almost kept all the emotions there were balanced- is what led to his wings slowly becoming darker and darker, changing from a poofy lavandar white colour to a purple so dark it looked black, save for when reflected in the light.
His lesser known ability is that of Telekenisis; the ability to move objects with his mind and through his own will. This alone makes him a formidable opponent, though more often than not he chooses to keep this particular power to himself and himself alone. However, mental stress causes the Telekenisis to go haywire; often resulting in a whirlwind of any matter that can be picked up through his power, and is completely beyong his control.

Marik/God(Almightmarik):: The one responsible for ruining his entire existance- so much so that its Malik's current agenda to make him the bastard pay, preferably as painfully as possible.
Bakura(Blood_spiral):: Cocky, arrogant, and general pain in the arse. He's responsible for making Malik Fall, and they're constantly waging in bitch!fests at one another. at eachothers throats.
Ryou(Thevoiceoflight):: His ally in finding God and dragging him back to heaven, and the Angel Of Light to boot. Shy, lacking in-self esteem, and far too naive for his own good, though Malik can't say he minds- its actually rather handy.
Aishizu(Nature_surface):: The Angel Master of Earth and Malik's elder sister; loves her to pieces, even though he doesn't always show it. He's currently ignoring her warnings not to go looking for Marik.
Isis/Satan(Desolatesinofme):: The Lord Of Hell, inwardly scared Malik because of her uncanny resemblance to Aishizu. Doesn't like her too much for suggesting that he and Marik have more of a connection than he'd like to think about.
